LOCATION: "Call Me The Breeze" is a brand-new beach home nestled between the longleaf pines of the Forest Lakes community in Blue Mountain Beach. This private gated community is situated around a stocked lake, resort style pool, outdoor pavilions, dog park, nature trails, playground, bridges, fishing docks, and wooded preserve. It is a stone's throw from Draper Lake - one of Florida's rare dune lakes - and a five minute cart/bike ride from shopping, dining, and public beach access. The home PROPERTY OVERVIEW: This beautifully designed 30A home features top-of-the-line fixtures, fittings, and appliances throughout. The covered front porch leads into the spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a large smart TV equipped with cable. The dining area table comfortably seats eight people. The kitchen area is replete with premium upgrades - stainless steel appliances, farmhouse apron sink, gas range, dual coffee maker (drip and K cup) and all the kitchen utensils, crockery, and glassware you could need for your stay. There is also additional seating for four people at the breakfast bar. Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find the powder room, laundry room with oversized washer and dryer, and the first-floor master bedroom. This private king bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides access to the screened-in back porch and charcoal grill. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms with two queens, a king and a queen bed respectively. The king room serves as the second-floor master bedroom and provides french door access to the roomy balcony. All bedrooms come with private en suites and cable-equipped smart TVs. AMENITIES: The home provides four brand-new beach cruisers, beach gear, a charcoal grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway able to accommodate two cars. The home comes with a level-2 EV charger that is free for guest use, and there is a golf cart garage should you wish to rent one during your stay. We have been staying on the 30a for close to 20 years. The Forest Lakes neighborhood is by far our favorite. Lots of green space and so enjoyable walking the bridges across the lakes. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, but close to so many great restaurants, the beach access and grocery. This is the second time we've stayed at Call Me The Breeze and I love it so much. The house itself is stunning and the location is perfect. Right across from the pool and I personally enjoy the walk to the beach (if only there weren't so many stairs going down to the beach 🤣). The management company is incredibly responsive and really nice. I will say that the two master beds are soft beds so may not be best for your back and if you use more than one towel to shower consider bringing a couple extra (if the house is full). The house sits across the street from the pool (which is very quiet) and steps from the dock and playground. The home was very beautiful, clean, comfortable and we had no big issues with needing extra supplies (but we were prepared with our own). If you like soft beds then it's perfect (I do prefer firm beds so it was a bit too soft for me) and since we drove down I did bring my own bedding to put on top but the sheets looked clean and I would've been comfortable had I not brought my own. And as a random review-the decor was not overwhelming like some can be. The only cons that I can think of was that in the listing the office space was pictured which my husband was looking forward to using for the few times he had to work. It was locked so he did have to use the kitchen table. There were also an unusual amount of fruit flies around and randomly found the fridge at times. Wasn't a big deal just a nuisance. There were enough towels for everyone in the house to have one set each but with the Florida humidity, the beach + pool days, we did have to wash them often to keep them fresh from the amount of showers and baths everyone had to take. The Coast team was very helpful and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Overall we had a great experience and a great time and will definitely stay at other properties managed by them. ##### Nina C. We have vacationed on the 30a for many years. This has been our favorite spot. The house is beautifully decorated with high end appliances. It is steps from the pool. The home comes equipped with bikes and lawn chairs. Forest Lakes is a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for taking walks. There are a number of wonderful restaurants nearby.
