Home details: Nestled along the nature preserve in Seagrove's NatureWalk Community, Bear Beachin' is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach house with a fun layout, loft, open living and dining spaces, updated kitchen and beautiful balconies throughout. Large, open great room, kitchen and dining area finish the space with a gorgeous outdoor porch. Guests will have a blast while staying in NatureWalk which offers two neighborhood Olympic size swimming pools, miles of hiking and biking trails, and a children's playground volleyball and tennis courts, pickleball courts, and lounge areas.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen guest room, Flat screen TV, with ensuite full bath.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: King bed, Flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk in shower, upstairs balcony with porch swing
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
Open Media room with trundle bed sleeps 2

**This house comes with use of a 6-seater golf cart. A $1000 refundable damage deposit and waiver must be signed pre-arrival to use. You must be 25yrs or older to drive the golf cart.
**No pets allowed
**All rentals must be 7 nights per the HOA community guidelines. We will not be able to accept any reservations for less than 7 nights.
** Please be aware that Black Bears frequent the Naturewalk community**

Wonderful Place To Stay

Great place to stay! Layout of house was great, clean, and easy to access. Convenient location to beach but far enough away to feel like you weren’t caught up in crowds. Use of golf cart made local travel so very easy. Will definitely stay here again!
