The house is nicely decorated and the furniture/bedding are comfortable. The water damage really needs to be fixed particularly in the living area in front of the bathroom. It is very difficult to open/close the door and it is damaging the floors every time you move it. The pots/pans need to be replaced. All were either very scratched or actually dirty. We had to buy one to use. Also the grill needs to be cleaned and possibly fixed as we could not get it to start. A few of the remotes just didn't work for the TVs and we had to hot spot to watch a movie in the living room as the wifi kept going out. Also management company should let you know upfront that you need to sign a waiver with the golf cart company. We could not locate the key and then were told about the waiver. It would have been more convenient to do this upfront rather than having to call about it after our arrival. ##### Lynn L. The kitchen is not stocked great as far as wine glasses and cooking pans for a place that sleeps 6\. There was floor damage where the floor buckled and was a tripping hazard. There was no dresser in our bedroom so we lived out of our suitcase for the week. It would be nice to have chairs on second floor balcony to enjoy that. The house is gorgeous, clean, perfectly located with close beach access, and the golf cart made it easy to transport stuff and people to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are also available which is convenient. However, if you plan on cooking, bring your kitchen with you. 2 small pots, no frying pan, no good knife, no cutting board, no bakeware. We were a family of 10 including 4 children, and getting food ready was simply a struggle. Easy accessible, safe, clean, wonderful decor, so easy to deal with. Only thing that would help would be check in and check out time and to early and too late. However, I will say the 30A HWY was very busy while we were there, which makes pulling out in traffic on the golf cart a little scary. BTW, the golf cart that came with the house was a lot of fun for all of us, especially for the younger ones. Our only complaint was the house smelled like cigarette smoke, even when we got home our clothes and suitcases reeked of it. We were given a small air purifier when we complained about it, which seemed to help somewhat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. ##### Jay H. Beautiful on the inside and out and very clean! Beds are comfortable and great space for multiple guests. Had soaps and hair products available. Grab some washing detergent and extra trash bags to help with your own clean up. Every easy check out process as well! The one downfall was the length of time on hold to reach maintenance/ assistance. So not as quick of a response in comparison to an Airbnb. However, it was not terrible and Did receive a check-in/courtesy call while visiting which was nice. There are a lot of steps and the master suite is on the top floor, you will get your workout in but so worth it for the master. The access to the beach across the street made for a quick trip and lots of fun for our group and loved using the golf cart down to the plaza for food and more fun. Will absolutely be back and hope to be in this beautiful home again. ##### DeVion M. Very close to beach access, snow cones, ice cream, pizza. Gated community. This is our 4 trip to 30A and this home was for sure one we would book again.
