This special beach home, located in the coveted Park District of WaterColor, is situated on a large corner lot and is just a very short walk to the beach, pool and WaterColor's Town Center (200 ft to Wine World and 800ft to Watercolor Beach Club) The wrap-around porch has an outdoor dining table for 10, comfy Adirondack chairs and a game table. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a beautiful open floor plan featuring numerous windows and a vaulted ceiling that provides tons of natural light. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love this charming home. So comfy convenient location an amazing wraparound front porch we would absolutely rent it again.
