Perfectly positioned just 69 feet from the Tupelo Pavilion beach access, Tupelo Honey offers one of Seaside’s most coveted locations directly across from the beach with stunning gulf views! A short 5-minute stroll takes you to the heart of downtown Seaside, where over 40 shops, restaurants, and attractions await—making this home the ideal beach retreat for those who want to be close to it all.  
  
This coastal cottage features four breezy porches and an open-air rooftop tower deck offering panoramic Gulf and sunset views—a dream setting for relaxing mornings or golden hour toasts. Step inside from the inviting screened front porch—complete with cozy furnishings perfect for morning coffee—and discover a spacious open-concept living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes breakfast bar seating for four, an electric stove, and all the cookware you need for effortless family meals. The dining area comfortably seats eight, making it easy to gather and reconnect.  
Off the main living space is a bonus sleeping den with two built-in bunk beds (sleeps 4), separated by a newly added barn door—perfect for kids or extra guests.  
  
A second living area down the hall offers additional lounge space with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a covered porch with seating for two. A newly added king bedroom sleeps two comfortably with french doors to the shared open air furnished porch.   
  
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional king bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second spacious king primary suite features a flat-screen TV, dresser, small closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A newly added third king bedroom brings a fresh, serene feel with plenty of room to unwind, with its own small closet. The fourth king just adjacent to this bedroom is nestled at the rear of the home—includes a flat-screen TV, dresser, small closet, and its own bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. Connecting these spaces, the open-air upper porch invites you to lounge on cushioned seating and enjoy treetop views and gentle coastal breezes, creating a perfect place to relax in the sun.  
  
Climb to the third-floor rooftop deck—the crown jewel of Tupelo Honey. You are greeted by Adirondack bar seating for two with the most incredible gulf views and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico which makes it the perfect perch to savor sunset cocktails and breathtaking views and sunsets over Seaside.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in the best location! If you have a few adults and lots of kids - this is the ideal set up. There are a lot of stairs- but the climb to the 3rd floor view is worth the effort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in rentals all over 30A, but this was our first time in Seaside. Tupelo Honey quickly became our favorite home and location! We were greeted upon arrival, which was an extra special touch of hospitality. The house was stocked with everything needed and offered plenty of spaces to gather or just sneak away to read. The front porch swing and the tower deck were our favorites! The Tupelo Pavilion beach access was directly across the street, and it's just a few minutes walk into Central Square. I can't say enough great things about the cottage and location. We will definitely return!
