Featuring 6 bedrooms, 7½ bathrooms, and accommodations for 20, this home has everything need for the ultimate beach vacation! On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms each with a king bed. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. Enjoy the private outdoor space on this floor by relaxing on the covered patio in one of the chaise lounges, or splash around in the sparkling pool. You also have access to a full size bathroom with a shower from the patio pool deck. Taking a stroll up the stairs is where guests will find the kitchen, dining area and living area. Enjoy time in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, which features marble countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, spacious bright white cabinetry, an adjacent wet bar and is equipped with everything needed to cook a 5 star meal. The dining room provides a beautiful space for guests to share meals, and additional bar seating is available at the kitchen island. The third floor of the home has three bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and two marble vanities. Walk through the french doors leading onto the private balcony for breath of fresh salt air. The second bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. It was ample, & comfortable enough for all 16 of us. It was also beautifully decorated and location was perfect. It's located right across the beach and about 20 minute walking distance from Downtown & all the action. The kitchen was state of the art, it even includes an ice maker. We had 3 families with 6 adults, 5 teenage girls and 4 other kids. The teenagers took the top floor which is perfect for a group of kids around the same age, bunk beds and hang out area. The layout is perfect and designed well. We had a great time at this house and the location is perfect as it's right on 30A and easy walk across the street and to pubilc access, two of them. This house was so beautiful, clean and worked so well for our extended family. The teenage kids loved having their very own space, and there was so much room to spread out, plenty of gorgeous bathrooms and bedrooms and balconies for everyone. We loved cooking in the kitchen, which has a great open setup, big bar and table. The ice maker was so handy for filling ice chests for the beach. The pool is little but the kids still loved swimming when they got sick of the sand. The san juan st. Beach access is just steps away...it was close enough to send a person over early with chairs to reserve spots on the beach. The house was set up for large groups to be able to stay together and not feel cramped. The kitchen had nice appliances which made it easy to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable . The location of the house allow for easy access to the beach, seaside, Rosemary, restaurants and groceries. This was a great experience and memories made for our whole family. ##### Joshua M.
