Overall a great location and great to be right on the beach!! Our kids loved the bunks and eating on the porch watching the ocean. Wifi was an issue during our stay…my husband had a hard time using his laptop for work, our phones were super slow, and forget trying to use the TV! For the price of the rental, we assumed the internet would be faster. Also, there was a lot of hair left in the bathroom from previous renters and the rug next to the bed smelled of urine so we had to put in closet during our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The building is rundown and needs some TLC. Having to go through the parking garage to get to the beach access wasn't ideal.
