It was hard to even enjoy the balcony when the pavers were working. The sign on the office said it would be open from 9-5 but no one was ever there. This condo was perfect for our family getaway with 2 small children. Great views of the pool and beach (better than the photos!) We really enjoyed the layout of the condo, especially that the bunk room was able to be closed when our kids went to bed early. The condo was clean and well furnished. The balcony furniture was perfect for being able to both relax and eat meals. It was also nice that it got sun in the morning. The bathroom renovations were really nice and the tub was perfect for the kids' baths. The walk to the pool & beach was really easy and the elevator was great for times when there was a lot to carry. We took advantage of the chair/umbrella/bike service and were very pleased. We contacted the rental company to add-on a bike trailer for our kids and it was easy and affordable. Note - bring your own coffee filters and basic cooking supplies (salt/pepper/oil) as we could not locate that. This is our second stay in B202 and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The condo is well appointed and lovely. I would recommend a collapsible drying rack for the laundry room, otherwise I didn’t find myself lacking a thing. Gorgeous views, soothing decor, enough space for our family of 4\. Highly recommend the Dunes of Seagrove for proximity to all towns along 30A. We can’t wait to return. ##### Tyler G. The kitchen has been redesigned to add much more storage than we have previously seen in Dunes. Also, master bath and bed closets have been changed to be more useful. Overall the space was great and everything was in perfect working order from the kitchen, tv's, wifi, community hot tub, balcony furniture, etc. Beach access was great as well as location to the Fishouse restaurant, coffee place, etc. The community gym was basic but did have a sauna and steam room, the living room coach needs an upgrade, but overall a really nice place to stay and we would come back. ##### Brian W.
