It’s tucked away from the busyness of 30A and it’s right on the ocean with beautiful views. Easy walk to the beach and the pool area is very spacious. The beach chair and umbrella setup service (comes with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) was awesome, they had us ready to go every morning. It was nice not having to worry about packing chairs and tents. Everything was as expected. From check-in to check-out, it was all seamless. The unit was well-appointed. We had plenty of room for the six of us. We lacked nothing with this unit. Listing stated kayaks included but these are not. Spacious bedrooms and living area but very small kitchen. No smart TVs. Dust was abundant on some baseboards. The view was beautiful, we loved the chairs they provided on the beach. We had a wonderful experience!! The place is bigger than we expected! It was very clean! Beautiful partial view of the ocean! Great beach chairs and umbrella service! And great beach access!! We felt very safe! They sent a text message and called to make sure we were doing well and the check in process went well!! The only thing that we could complain about is that there were no trash bags for the trash can and that the bunk bed was very noisy and wobbly. The annual beach trip with the girls was wonderful! 28 years & counting. Two comments for maintenance - slow drain in middle bathroom tub.
