It's secluded in the heart of paradise, while still only a short distance to Destin & Panama City Beach and the exciting attractions they also have to offer. Located in the charming community of Beachside Villas. You are only: STEPS FROM 2 PUBLIC BEACHES, A LAKE, POOLS, AND DELICIOUS LOCAL RESTAURANTS! Located just south of stunning 30A in Santa Rosa Beach in the newly renovated community of Beachside Villas, this adorable home lies. Have pristine white sand beneath your toes within minutes from this tranquil beach house. Either take a few steps to Sugar Dunes Beach just south of the community or a quick stroll to Eastern Lake Beach just west. Or, enjoy a peaceful day fishing or kayaking at Eastern Lake.
