Because you are at the highest location along this beach, the climb up the beach stairs is harder with age, but worthwhile in terms of views from the Bella Vita courtyard, and rooms--all have a view of the water. ##### Tamara S. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and peaceful! We really loved that everything seemed to be within a 10-15 minutes drive from the condominium! We would love to come back to this unit at some point. One of my favorite things is the gym at this condo had everything I needed and then some! Some small down falls would be obviously the stairs down to the beach. This is, in our opinions, made better by the fact the beach is private and not crowded at all. The property itself is super strict about anything over railing or anything on the balcony’s which we didn’t mind at all. The condo was lacking a few utensils such as grilling equipment, certain glass bakeware, and had minimum towels, blankets, pillows offered but all of these things are very minor in comparison to all the positive this unit offers!
