I love the area. I have been going to Destin for \~20yrs and Seaside was a welcomed change. The house is about 13-15min walk or a short bike ride from the square. The beach is a straight shot. Very convenient. Only issue was the miscommunication regarding the rental of a golf cart. I asked several months in advance. When I finally got a reply, I was told no.
