As you enter the property on the first floor, you'll find the living, dining, and kitchen areas right at the front door. The living room features deep-seating couches and accent chairs, adding a perfect touch of relaxation, while the chic leather and upholstery combination dining chairs elevate the style. On this level, there's a master bedroom with a private bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Additionally, the first floor includes a half bath and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Take the stairs to the second floor, where you'll discover a second living area with a queen pull-out sofa. Very personable people running/ working for this company. Don't sleep on this side of 30A. Stinky's has an expansive menu that is delicious lunch and dinner, and don't miss out on Stinky's Bait Shop for breakfast, snacks, and drinks throughout the day, and live music at night!
