Very clean and updated. Love the half bathroom upstairs so you don't have to go downstairs to the bathroom. Beach umbrellas and chairs provided and an easy five minute walk to the beach. Ping pong table was a fun add. The only negative was the 9:00 AM checkout. Did not know this when we made our plane reservations and our flight wasn't until 4:00\. I wish I knew there were already numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards because we brought all of that stuff but didn’t need to.
