With unobstructed and panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, relaxation and pleasure await you at the Beach Club. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an adults only pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for younger kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. Per Watercolor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands max. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking, which you will receive a prompted email prior to your arrival. The HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. The WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival. Regarding the WaterColor pools, until water temperatures are consistently warm enough on their own, WaterColor's pools are maintained around 82 degrees.
