Within walking distance of the complex, you will find many dining options and endless beaches for your convenience. Enjoy a nature hike at Deer Lake State Park, or head to Blue Sky Fishing 30A, two miles from the condo, and charter a boat to catch the big one! A bit farther up the highway, you can play a round of golf at Camp Creek Golf Club! This condo features modern furnishings, tile, and decor. The living area and primary bedroom lead to the relaxing balcony, with an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen boasts a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal for the whole group. Serve dinner at the cozy dining table or the breakfast bar. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room and one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch their favorite shows simultaneously! Spend the day outside at the pool or the beach lounging. THINGS TO KNOW This property is not snowbird-friendly. There is ongoing construction occurring on the ground floor. No amenities are affected, but noise such as hammering may be audible. The work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The construction is almost finished, but there isn't an exact end date. Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The location right next to Seaside and not far from Rosemary was awesome. Vacassa was extremely responsive to all our questions and requests. As stated in other reviews, the master bed is not the best and the unit is a little run down, but not so much that it really affected our enjoyment of the stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We were able to see a school of dolphins. There are some "updates" that need to be done, but over all it was a really good place. There was a mix-up getting umbrella and chairs, but that was probably due to the person being a substitute and not the one who usually set up beach service. Blood stains on box springs, bathroom doors falling apart. Vacasa/vrbo corporate sent complaints to local team twice and no one contacted us. This rental should not be listed, its disgusting and unacceptable. Building and location are great if you can find another rental in the building, but this unit needs mold remediation before anyone else stays there. The condo was perfect! It was in a great location and had great views of the beach. The complex is within walking distance to several restaurants. It was nicely decorated with a cute beach vibe. It was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. There was easy access to the beach and the addition of two chairs and an umbrella was a definite plus! It was a nightmare. I would not have booked had I known beforehand. Tents and chairs filled the beach by 6:30am. Condo felt beat up. Bedding and mattresses old and thin. Not only were the bedroom tvs smaller than my ipad, but they did not work or even turn on. The living room tv was not much better.
