The walk to the beach is 90 seconds and the private beach and walkway were great.The amenities are also top notch. The pool was one of the biggest private ones we saw and the bikes and golf cart were fantastic to have. The amount of space is also great. We had 9 people and I never felt we didn't have enough room.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is I did feel like they rely on their location a bit and let some other items slide. I thought it was weird we didn't have a check in book, having it in email made it difficult to share. I also thought the kitchen was lacking and maybe it was because it was spread across 2 kitchens, but it's always nice to have some staples so you aren't needing to buy oil, salt and pepper for 1 week.It was also frustrating that I asked if they had a pack n play for my youngest and they said no, so we had a family member bring one then when we got to the house, a pack n play was stored in 1 of the rooms.These are all small items but I expect a bit more when spending well over 10k for a week.But overall would recommend based on everything the house had to offer ##### Jessica O.
