This lovely coastal home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) with a master bedroom on the main floor, four more rooms upstairs, including a bunk room and an entertainment space for kids to hang out. The large open living area and kitchen is where everyone can hang out without feeling crowded. Aqua Vista is next door to the community pool which makes it convenient for everyone to go back and forth. And, the walk path to the beach is across the street. ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. This home is a great spot for a getaway to 30a Beach. The location is amazing and the house was spotless when we got there. It was a pleasure dealing with Joy and Hollie they were always available to help if we had any questions. We stayed for a girls trip and we had the best time! It is such a plus having a pool so close as well as the golf cart to get us to the beach and our favorite restaurant Cowgirl!! We had a wonderful stay in 30a. This house is in a perfect location. Less than 15 minutes to get to the most desirable must see area attractions in all directions. We biked to Seaside every day, hot the outlet mall another day! The home was comfortable and spacious for 4 adults and 4 kids. I highly recommend this home to anyone and this company.
