"Our stay at Reserva was wonderful! The room was clean and the breakfast and all-day snacks/coffee station were nice. The location was fabulous. We were also pleasantly surprised with how the hotel has perks with restaurants (for example, we got free port wine at a restaurant as customers of the hotel). We also got to check in early, which we appreciated very much."

"We were blown away by this property on arrival. It exceeded our expectations. Fabulous original decoration, very clean and everything you could need. Staff were all friendly and the breakfasts were excellent (we especially appreciated the pack up breakfast in our last day). Our large balcony was very appreciated and the central location was ideal. Some areas need some care especially the rooftop - it would have been lovely to sit up there for the views but it wasn’t very appealing or clean. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely use this hotel again."

"Perfect seaside apartment with views to the beach were fantastic. Apartment itself is great - really clean and has most things needed covered off but a few more coffee pods would be nice. The main drawback we had was at check-in and the unfriendly and not overly helpful person who greeted us. On arrival at the property he had to be chased down to help us enter the garage and then gave us basic info with the keys before dashing off. On reading the info pack in the apartment itself this mentioned beach towels (if required) could be asked for from the greeting person (but he had already departed the building without mentioning this). After texting him (with no reply) beach towels eventually turned up the next day. Not great but resolved eventually. Other than that a fab apartment near to the centre of Ericeira."

"Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight. It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight."

"We can't say enough wonderful things about this place it truly is special in so many ways. From the moment we arrived Ines greeted us and showed us to our lovely room. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The whole vibe of this place is very relaxing. This place is decorated beautifully, and is very clean. A main living room with comfy sofas looking out to the sea. You are literally across the street from the beach. Umbrellas to borrow also. The pool is inviting and it was exactly what we needed after a busy couple of weeks. I believe there are only seven rooms. It was extremely quiet and most of the time we were the only ones at the pool! She made us a couple of great cocktails as we unwinded by the pool, she also recommended her favorite restaurants which were fantastic. The breakfast was Amazing. Lots of choices and fresh. A great variety overall. Something for everyone for sure. We stayed three nights it truly was a great way to end our trip. We were so relaxed. We met the owner Andre upon check out and he was very kind too. We sure do hope we can come back sometime."
