### Apartamento con playa y piscina

Hola. Le ofrezco un apartamento muy amplio a las afueras de Santa Marta, en primera línea de playa.  
  
El apartamento está en el último piso, tiene una alcoba independiente muy amplia con un ventanal con vista al mar, sala-comedor con un nido con 2 camas sencillas, también con ventanal con vista al mar, un baño con ducha y cocina tipo americano; son 50 m2. Se pueden hospedar 4 personas, hasta 5 si hay infantes.  
  
El apartamento está amoblado y dotado, incluido sábanas y toallas. En la cocina encontrará nevera, horno tostador, sanduchera, cafetera, licuadora, exprimidor de naranjas, loza y ollas, que puede utilizar para preparar sus alimentos.  
  
El área social y la habitación tienen su ventilador de techo; también hay un ventilador de piso.  
  
Para su ocio tenemos balón de básquet, raquetas para jugar en la playa, balde, caretas y aletas para hacer snorker, pistolas de agua, una tabla de PPE para jugar en la playa, dominó, parqué y dados; o puede conectarse al WIFI del condominio. Tengo dos bicicletas (una playera con cambios y otra BMX) que puede utilizar para montar en el condominio o hacer alguna ruta que conozca. El edificio tiene raquetas de tenis, balón de futbol, raquetas de ping-pong, mesas de billar y billar pool, y un salón para ver DIRECTV.  
  
RECOMENDACIÓN: si su llegada es después de las 5 pm, recomendamos llevar comida preparada o algún tipo de snack (que puede comprar en el aeropuerto o en el terminal) o llevar para preparar, como pasta, atún, agua potable, ya que la tienda cierra a esa hora.  
  
El apartamento se alquila al menos por 2 noches.  
  
El condominio es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. No tendrá problema con vendedores ambulantes porque no los hay; así que puede hacerse a un quiosco e ir al mar sin preocuparse de sus pertenencias. En la playa también encontrará 2 asadores (y uno más en el área de la piscina) y cancha de vóley playa.  
  
El condominio tiene una piscina para adultos y otra para niños, hay un parque infantil, una zona para jóvenes con billar y billar pool, zona para wifi, salín de TV con DIRECTV, 2 mesas de ping-pong, 2 canchas de tenis y una de baloncesto, varios miradores para disfrutar del sol; también hay capilla y sendero peatonal. La zona de parqueo es muy amplia. En la cafetería le ofrece desayunos (la arepa de huevo es poderosa) así como sus jugos naturales y platos a la carta; en la tienda puede conseguir refrescos, golosinas, productos de aseo personal y productos básicos de la canasta familiar. Si desea, hay varios negocios y restaurantes que hacen domicilios hasta el apartamento; los teléfonos están en la portería. Si prefiere cocinar, usted puede hacer un mercado, Olímpica o Carulla se lo lleva a domicilio.  
  
En la capilla del condominio se han casado varias parejas. Es posible que en su estancia vea varios matrimonios o podría ser el suyo. Hay servicio religioso los domingos a las 11:30 am.
