Between the regions of Osona and El Ripollès). It is an essentially rural municipality with forests of oaks, pines and beech trees. Built in the seventeenth century, the house was restored 15 years ago. It retains all the charm of the past, and the comforts of the present. \-Capacity for 7, 8 or 9 people (3 rooms: two doubles and one of four people). If there are 9 people we have an extra bed. And we also have two cots. \-The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine), dining-living room, bathroom with shower and a storage room. The first floor consists of the living room and three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Outside, the house has a garden of 1200 m2 with a swimming pool and a porch. The pool is covered with a retractable roof to extend the pool season. The pool is shared with another rural house that we manage (Cal Nan). SERVICES: \-Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. \-Central heating (town gas) / Wood stove / Hot water. \-Washing machine. \-The rooms have sheets, blankets and bath towels (does not include shower and pool towels). \-Availability of 2 cots (for children up to 3 years old). \-TV in the dining room. \-Wifi \-Garden and porch with barbecue. \-Fitted swimming pool with solarium terrace. Indoor pool with retractable roof, this causes the water temperature to increase by about 8 degrees. Tanto la experiencia con los propietarios como con la casa fueron acogedoras y muy cómodas. La casa es super acojedora y muy calida. El entorno super chulo con un camino hacia el castillo al lado de la casa y a 1,5km hay una ruta de 1h mas o menos hacia un salto de agua, en el cual te encuentras vacas , caballos y unos paisajes espectaculares. La casa es grande, muy comoda, muy limpia, muy bien equipada hasta para nuestros bebes. El jardin y la piscina eran perfectos para disfrutar de tiempo relajado, y los alrededores tienen todo lo que uno necesita: restaurante, tiendita, caminatas, uno casi no tiene que usar el coche de toda la semana. También los duenhos nos ayudaron en muchas cosas. Tiene un jardín amplio donde los niños pueden jugar, hay un campo de futbol, y un parque, al lado de la casa. El entorno es precioso. La casa está muy bien equipada, es bonita y está muy cuidada. Fin de semana de celebración familiar con 3 familias: cada una con su habitación y su cuarto de baño (hay disponibilidad de cunas y supletorios). Cocina muy completa. Comedor y sala de estar muy acogedora. Muy limpio todo, muy bien decorado y con la calefacción perfecta (nada de frío). Todo y que esta al lado de la carretera de entrada del pueblo, no se escucha nada y es muy tranquilo. Hicimos barbacoa, todo perfecto. Realmente recomendamos la casa y la amabilidad de los propietarios. La casa estaba extremadamente limpia, estancias amplias, cada habitación con su baño, mucho menaje de cocina, etc. Tiene un jardín precioso y qué decir de la piscina... La tarde que pudimos aprovecharla estaba nublado y hacía muchísimo viento, pero eso no fue problema para pasar dos horas en el agua... Tiene una cubierta que acumula el calor y la temperatura era súper agradable. El entorno es muy verde y bonito, hay infinidad de rutas para hacer. Nosotros hicimos la del Salt del Mir, es cortita y la cascada es preciosa. La casa ideal, preciosa y con una equipación de calidad, no echamos nada de menos. El trato con Ramón y su familia muy muy agradable, recomendamos escuchar sus consejos, fueron todos muy acertados. Zona ideal para ir con niños y hacer excursiones muy bonitas divertidas y cortitas por su situación céntrica en la zona. Y para terminar el día con la piscinilla y una barbacoa en el porche. Todo está muy bien equipado, el trato del propietario fue estupendo,nos indicó qué sitios visitar y le comentamos que estaría bien tener un tenderero y al día siguiente lo estaban instalando!! Tienen una nevera normal y otra del tipo de las que hay en los bares que nos vino genial porque éramos bastantes (6 adultos, 3 niños y un bebé). La piscina es genial, tiene una cubierta que hace que acumule calor y así el agua no está fría sino a una temperatura super agradable, que te metes y no quieres salir. ##### Ana J. Éramos 3 parejas y 5 niños, de entre 6 años y 14 meses, y estuvimos como en casa: todo confort y amabilidad tanto por parte de les tietes como del Ramon, que nos prepararon la casa para que estuviese muy calentita ya que las bajas temperaturas eran importantes. Santa Maria es un pueblo con mucho encanto: desde el castillo hasta el parque infantil. Y se puede desconectar a la perfección, que era lo que nosotros queríamos. También destacar la tiendita del pueblo: Ca la Mati, donde puedes encontrar de todo lo que puedas buscar. Lo recomendamos 100%.
