"Elevator out of order. Room was really loud. You could hear every footstep of the room above you. The furniture blocked the sliding door so hard to enjoy the balcony. Only 1 outlet for charging and it was loose. Older hotel. Wouldny stay again. "

"We had some issues with the door card and had to get new ones made a few times a day. When cleaning up to leave we realized that the rooms were not fully cleaned and one of the beds had a sandal and other items under the bed. Also the pull out bed had not been made or clean bedding been placed when we went to use it. "

"Absolutely enchanting spot to relax and recharge while traveling. Our room was spacious and so adorably decorated. It felt as if we were staying with a beloved aunt. The coffee and tea bar was lovely. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool toys. It seemed like the lovely accommodations made all guests friendly and considerate. We will definitely return."
