Villa Acquamarina is a corner of paradise on earth: a luxury abode, furnished with fine furniture, with elegant floors decorated with Sicilian majolica tiles, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, with lemon and orange trees, numerous large terraces overlooking the sea, a private swimming pool and a private gate for direct access to the sea and a small sandy beach. The strength of the Villa is the large and cool outdoor spaces that allow those traveling in groups to alternate according to their needs moments of conviviality moments of privacy in absolute harmony and privacy.
At the entrance you will be welcomed to a large patio and covered terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with tables, chairs and sofa area to relax during the day and spend pleasant aperitifs, lunches and dinners outdoors. A small staircase that runs along the lemon grove by the sea leads to the pool area, where there are chaise lounges, a shower, and umbrellas. The pool has a whirlpool and a drowning safety system for children. A few more steps and you will find the private gate to access a small beach of sand and rocks and dive into the crystal clear waters of the Santa Flavia sea.
The Villa inside will welcome you to the large living room with French doors to the outdoor terrace that offer a relaxing view of the sea. Inside you will find the dining room, another small living room, Sicilian majolica kitchen, a large double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower (one of which was renovated in 2018).
On the second floor are the suite with terrace and sea view, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, one of which has a private terrace, and another bathroom with shower (renovated in 2018).
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning. At the back of the kitchen there is a barbecue area. Large private parking area. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Early check out (before 8 am): €50,00 to be paid cash to the hostess.
Pool open year-round. Pool can be heated on request at a cost of €500,00 per week (payable cash on arrival).
Indoor house heating available at an extra cost of €400,00 per week.
A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night (excluding children under 12 years old) must be paid at check in.
