The home was VERY spacious with plenty of room to spread out! The bedrooms were extra large and there was plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone to gather. Some have mentioned the small bathroom and I honestly expected something much smaller. It seemed like a pretty normal 3/4 bath to us! The property was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the 3 acres in the evening. It was a short drive to dining and shopping in Santa Fe and a 40 minute drive to the ski slopes. One thing that put us off, was that the described fireplace that we were looking forward to, was no longer usable. an electric flame simulation was in place now for the fireplace. also there seemed to be many remotes for the TV that no longer used. there was one remote out of the five that was needed. there was also no house book with instructions on how the heating was control. the heat seemed to be a collage of three different heating types and confusing as to how you controlled some of them. granted there was an instruction blurb on the emailed site, and we did not call for support. But still there should be a house book with some of this information and it could be a bit clearer on how this worked. otherwise, the house was very good, good location, comfortable. so, no real issues there. ##### ted g.
