It was close to the Plaza where we spent most of our time. The only problems we had was the door lock was not user friendly . The water pipes would rattle very loud every time you turn the water on or flushed the stool. Also the chairs in the living room were very comfortable, but they really needed to be rehpholsteryed. It was appointed nicely, but after repeated attempts to report problems, management never fixed what was wrong. 1) the mixer to the shower was broken - all you could get was cooler than tepid. 2) the lock system on door was broken so we had to use a key which was awful to use - took 10 to 15 attempts to lock and unlock the door manually. 3). The plumbing pipes banged every time anyone in the building had to turn on a faucet- sounded like an automatic rifle going off! I count at least 10 attempts to get someone out to fix these things, to no avail. I demanded a discount for our troubles, but none was offered. Will NOT STAY IN THIS COMPLEX EVER!!!!! ##### Cheryl M.
