The limit of walking distance to the plaza but worked out great Ped gate code does not work so had to enter thru car gate. No laundry detergent and no instructions on how to operate dishwasher. Nice place but will look elsewhere for the price point that gives more outside living space. Incredible small tv’s. I have my home computer monitors that size. One even volunteered to come out on Thanksgiving to help with an issue -- turned out, not needed. The two minor comments I would make. One is that the streaming TV did not work well. It cut off every 20-30 seconds to load the buffer. Not a big issue for us, as we were happy to just go dark on TV for the week. Also, there is a much shorter path to the apartment than the instructions we got. All you have to do is put your. back to the car and walk forward. you will go into a passage way that leads right to the apartment, rather than the long way around described in the instructions. This was our second experience at a TurnKey property - both experiences were stellar. This condo is even better then the pictures. Very easy access from the assign parking place. The condo is beautifully appointed with furniture and artwork from around Santa Fe. The living room was very comfortable to sit in, watch tv or read. Natural light came in from the skylights and windows. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable. It had a large walk in closet, nice bathroom and laundry space. Plenty of towels and accessories. The kitchen worked for eating in, all the dishes you would want. We walked to town each day to visit museums and taste restaurants. We drove to trailheads near by for hiking in the beautiful hills. The management company provide all the information you would need. Perfectly located, only a 15 minute walk from the plaza, in a very safe, gated community. Filled with fabulous, authentic New Mexican art and tons of books.
