Perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe and an easy walk to the Plaza. This is a warm, comfortable home with every amenity we needed. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only complaint was that we contacted Vacasa twice for problems. The first was a gas fireplace that wouldn’t light and, for that, the property manager contacted us and corrected the problem almost immediately. However, later that day (first day of our stay) we found that the ice machine in the refrigerator wasn’t working. We again called Vacasa but the property manager never contacted us to correct the problem. We called Vacasa again the next day and again never heard from the property manager. I’m not sure he ever got the message. The ice machine malfunction was never addressed our entire stay. ##### Robert C. I compared nice hotels with Homeaway/VBRO vacation rentals and for the price this was a better choice. This condo was very comfortable, absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need weither it be a short or long stay.
