Defenitely has a great Southwestern feel when you go outside and has plenty of room for a lot of kids. The house is very clean, newly updated, with plenty of amenities. It’s great for a nice quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Please note, the property is about 20 minutes from Santa Fe square. There is a nice fire pit outside, plenty of parking, spacious bathrooms, nice kitchen, bbq grill outside, tvs in every room, washer/dryer, a few outdoor games, and the hosts surprised us with a new portable hot tub outside on our first day. As another guest stated, the indoor fireplace cannot be used. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed in the future. The hosts were great! Extremely nice and responsive. I recommend Casa Encanto if you are looking for a beautifully decorated, clean house, outside of downtown Santa Fe! ##### Joe G. The ad was deceiving as it shows a working fireplace but upon requesting check in information, was informed it was just for show and not in working order. We truly would have loved that option for the holiday and a main reason we selected the home. There was an outdoor firepit, just the weather was a bit could and windy to ever use. There is a grill and everything we needed to cook and appreciated the extra towels. So the TV's didn't work. The hot tub was not operations. The air conditioner in the living room was leaking so we could not use it. The toilets had pee around them on the floor. It was very remote next to the airport and you can hear the airplanes all day and night.
