The connection is suitable for streaming television, movies through phones and computers, as well as Zoom meetings, etc. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. NO FIRES ALLOWED, during May-October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle; 2 vehicles upon request. This home is comprised of two unites with a shared wall. Only one unit is available through us (back house). The front unit is not rented, and at times owner occupied. County permit number: STRO-40115 This property is managed by Vacasa New Mexico LLC. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The outdoor space was great - we had so much fun watching the 6+ hummingbirds at the feeder every morning. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, just a great space overall. The hummingbird feeder was outstanding with so many visits and the apricots on the trees at the entrance were so numerous that they were given away for free. So relaxing that my friend said she didn’t want to go anywhere else. But it was still so easy to run into Santa Fe for a concert or meal. Most Memorable and must visit again! ##### Jim B.
