Stayed 31th December to 5th January. All staff lovely people, easy check in hotel spotless clean. Bar prices are good food very good 15 minutes to the beach . Nice restaurants and bars near by. Indoor pool good for cloudy days also spa is good too. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice hotel would recommend . New Years Eve was fantastic at the beach old town . Read up on New Year’s Eve Albuerfiera and you will see what I mean .

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms comfortable beds and great staff Carlos and Sarah 😊 Did not like that you have to pay to use a safe in the room,it’s a 4 star hotel in my opinion using safe should be free of charge. We have stayed 2 weeks, same breakfast every day 🙁

OK hotel; room for improvement
Hotel is nice enough, but experience could be greatly improved. Slow to check-in (crazy this still takes so long now and manual these days). Very slow to cancel pre-authorisation (funds held) for safety deposit. Evening staff did not deal with reported noise and disturbance issues at the hotel.

Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji. W niedalekiej odległości od hotelu znajdują się cztery bardzo ładne plaże. Hotel udostępnia darmowy bus na trasie Hotel-Miasto-Plaża👍. Do starego miasta w Albuferii jest 4km warto je odwiedzić - znajduje się na wzgórzu przy piękniej plaży. W mieście dużo lokali gastronomicznych, dyskoteki, puby... Warto wybrać się do Zoomarine w Algarve i Sand City, przejazd taksówką dla 6 osób na trasie Albuferia Sol Hotel&Spa - Zoomarine 22,50€, Zoomarine - Sand City 22€ i Sand City - Albufeira Sol Hotel&Spa 45€. Jak ktoś chce można poszukać transportu komunikacją miejską. Hotel czysty. Miła atmosfera. Bardzo pomocna obsługa w recepcji, restauracji i w barach. Opcja all inclusive zdecydowanie wystarczająca : pyszne jedzenie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do dyspozycji gości jest jeden duży basen oraz mały kryty basen & jacuzzi,SPA dostępne za dodatkowymi opłatami. Pokoj przestronny z balkonem 👍 wyposażony w lodówkę, dwupalnikową płytę do gotowania, kuchenkę mikrofalową, czajnik oraz garnki etc... Są dwa wyjścia na balkon z pokoju i z salonu. We had a ball. Kids club is amazing we were entertain from 10am-11pm every day. The food was amazing with plenty of choice.

The facility had leaking A/C in the hallway the entire time we stayed - 2 separate locations in 30 yards and their solution was to place a small towel on the spot -- eventually the towel was saturated and water was everywhere. Food was mediocre at best -- Golden Coral is two steps above their buffet. The support staff clearly is used to complaining guests - because the front desk talked to me about several other complaining guests. Overall, I would qualify this location as a Pig with Lipstick. Beautiful building from 50 yards.

I cannot fault the hotel. We stayed from 03/05/19 to 06/05/19. For the price we paid I couldn't have asked for more. The pool was clean and the food and drink was of a high standard. If the opportunity presents itself I would return here with my family.

The hotel is really nice food amazing, bar staff could be a little more friendly, reception you could not fault the welcoming we got was the best. The rooms are in need of a little modernisation but apart from that very clean beds the comfiest ever! Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. When we arrived we were first put into a room that was a bit noisy as there was a motor outside, however the following day when speaking to the assistant manager we were promptly moved to another room with a pool view and was fantastic. The staff were all really friendly, the food was great and entertainment good also. Overall highly recommended!

The hotel is listed as 4 stars, but I will only give 3 stars. The room was larger than we thought. The staff could have been more friendlier. We went from England to Portugal to have Portuguese food, but we had breakfast on 4 days at the hotel and the only option was English Breakfast. Why we go to Portugal to have only English Breakfast as a option???? For Lunch and Dinner had a little variety, but all the food tasted the same. I end up eating only fruits on the last day because I was so fed up. The pool is smaller for the number of rooms. The entertainment team done a great job to keep everyone happy and they are the only ones had happy faces. 5 stars for them. They were in from early morning till late night and they have done a fantastic job. Other staff in the hotel rarely had happy faces and it clearly shown they were not happy with their jobs.

Perfect location, lovely staff and amazing food!
This hotel was in a perfect location - about 5 minute walk to the strip and 15 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were lovely. Room was cleaned everyday - we stayed in a suite for 3 people and it was a very good size and it looked exactly like the photos on the website. The food at the hotel was amazing - lots of selection and there were different choices every day. The mojitos in the all inclusive drinks were our favourite. Great hotel and would definitely recommend.

Great hotel
Nice hotel in great location. My room waaca great size and balcony was huge. The food was nice as we were all inclusive we are mainly at hotel. I was able to relax. It was busy and mixed with families , couples no large groups which was great. The entertainment team made the holiday all worked so hard and got to know everyone's names and got us all involved In activities, shows were great to. I would definatley reccomend had a great week and we will hopefully be returning next year ;) x

arrived late at night so ate out first night loads of places just yards from hotel the dining room had loads of foid on offer for everyone the drinks are all in small cups only 1 bar person most time so long queue for small glass of beer or wine very hard to get a sun lounger you are able to hire a towel and when you return it you get your money back can be changed once a day rooms cleaned daily but towels only changed twice weekly brilliant entertainment through till near mid night free bus goes ti town every monday outside pool chilly but inside pool grand brilliant hotel with very friendly staff around 30 minutes from faro but dont use greenbus we waited 2 hours at airport then they sent us by uber

My daughter had come to the hotel last year and recommended it to us and we wasn't disappointed the food was great, my grandson loved the pool although it was a bit cold, the weather was extremely hot but was made enjoyable by the breeze, my only moan was the reception staff were not very helpful and could be rude, the rest of the staff ie the entertainment team and the restaurant staff were brilliant

Beautiful hotel, clean, great location & foos
Went with 2 friends (25-32yrs old). Wonderful hotel, can walk to the strip or beach or shops but when you are at the hotel its lovely and peaceful. Food was always fresh, varied with plenty of choice. The staff ALWAYS make sure they go above and beyond. The entertainment team were great - friendly but not in your face. Was lovely to see their interaction with the children especially those with disabilities - they were so caring. Would 100% go back here with friends again or family.

Stayed there twice nice now and can't fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed on all inclusive and the food was very good a lot of choices. Would definitely stay there again
