Modern construction villa of 320m2 located on a plot of 800m2\. The property is bright and spacious with a minimalist design and is located just 3km from Ibiza town. Close to the port, nightclubs and leisure areas.   
  
The villa is located in a quiet area but with neighbors and offers a perfect place to come with a group of friends or family, as it has large rooms and many different areas to enjoy.
