The room is large and very clean. However, there was nowhere to hang clothes. There were other malfunction issues that we reported to the owner, and she is eager to fix them when we leave. She said the cleaners do not always report those little issues. Other than that, we had a great time.

It was one of the worst motels/hotels that I have ever stayed since 25 years in the USA. There was no place nor equipment for hanging your clothes in the room. No place to have a breakfast, and all you can have cereals and some cookies that you can eat standing or by taking into your room. Not a good example for Expedia.

It is ok place on food location bur my backpack was stolen during checkout within 15 time window. Housekeeping was in a room when I tried to recover it. Properly manager did not offer any assistance, it was easy to check camera for 15 min time window. I reported theft to police

The heater inn the wall sounded like a truck coming threw the room after a night we seen roaches in under the bath room sink and a few hours later that evening the had water issues and shut the water off with no warning or heads up lady had to take a shower to go to work no hot water or water not good, bed sheets had cigarette burns in them outside patio flooded when raining could have easily been taken care of won't be back at super 8 👎

The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The room contained a refrigerator and microwave .There was no closet in the room and no place hang up cloths. It was a little bit away from the Boardwalk and Pier to be considered by some as walking distance.

Location is great you are right by the boardwalk. However, cleanness needs major work. The room was extremely stinky and humid. The bathrooms did not feel clean at all maybe they cleaned with dirty rags? It’s as if the shower curtains aren’t changed. Parking is terrible, first come first serve bases and it’s extremely cramped DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET, you will get towed. As we were leaving we seen 4 vehicles getting towed around 6:30a.m for parking on the street. You are best booking directly to the hotel to avoid 3rd party fees. Lastly if you are passing through and need a couple hours rest I guess maybe ask for another room if you check in earlier than we did.

Great location
Another Santa Cruz Band Review. The location is very convienient. Easy walk to the wharf for dinner. Close to where the bands form up, march, and perform. The room is roomy, comfortable,and clean.

The room was very nice, as were the staff.It was the location of the property that was concerning.
