There is parking on the street, but keep in mind an open spot is hard to come by during the busy months. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room \- Back deck with outdoor furniture Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) \- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. \- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). \- NO PETS Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home. Please be aware it is a tight squeeze when all 3 beds are used (trundle is pulled out). \- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. \- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are an adequate size, the common living area is small. We stayed with our family of four (2 yo and 5 yo) and they had a great time. The house is cozy/compact (as are most of the houses in this area), but it has all you need for a fun family vacation. I especially appreciated the easy access to laundry in the back entryway and the equipped kitchen that had things like coffee, olive oil and basic spices provided. We were able to walk to the boardwalk (across the pedestrian bridge) and Seabright beach is even closer. The large decks are very nice for relaxing, and my kids enjoyed the smart tv in the living room when they needed a little down time. Everything is very clean and up to date. My only suggestion to the hosts would be some sort of light blocking curtains…. The windows all have blinds for privacy, but the bedrooms are very light as soon as the sun comes up and before it goes down (this probably only impacts people with small kids, and during the summer months). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to any friends looking for a convenient Santa Cruz location!
