This apartment features two bedrooms with double bed and closet, one of them with a small work area, a support desk and a private bathroom with bathtub. Besides the spacious living room, with two distinct areas, a sitting area and a dining area, this nice property also has a full bathroom with bathtub, with common access for guests, and a fully equipped kitchen, with access to a small outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a coffee and relax under the first rays of the morning sun. Maximum capacity for 6 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas. This apartment does not have private parking. Parking is available a 2-minute walk away. AREA This property is located in the Santa Cruz’s city center, just a few minutes away from the airport. Near this property you will find restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, bakeries and grocery stores, a children's playground, the main church and Palmeiras’s beach. You can find these and other local services or interests within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. It was very comfortable and located in a beautiful place. There was a municipal pool nearby for children and adults. The restaurants and the waterfront were right next to the building. Everything was very clean and the house is very cosy. The location is really good. Everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out process. The only thing I recomend for people traveling with a baby is that there are a few steps after the front gate. The baby stroller needs to be picked up going up and down the stairs. Also keep in mind that if you stay with a group of 5 or 6 at the house, don't take long showers, the water heater is not that big and you can run out of hot water and then have to wait a couple of hours so the water gets heated up the water again.
