This was our first time staying at Best Western. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. It was was easy to find and convenient to get there and to get to the highway. The only thing is the parking lot was rather small…especially for larger vehicles like SUV and trucks.

This should be a discounted room. Right next to the maids service room. Very noisy and doors slammed alot. Very high traffic. Inconsiderate of staff to stand outsidr this door and gossip about other staff and customers. Not a good stay.

Stayed one night while passing through the area and it was good for everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There are dining option, stores, and coffee all near by. My only minor complaint is that the parking lot is extremely cramped and after returning from a late night we had to park on the street due to a full lot and many people double parked because the stalls were so tight. Besides parking, everything else was great.

The hotel lobby smelled so horrible it made me sick to my stomach. I worked out in fitness center attached to the lobby. Had to rush back to my room sick to my stomach rest of the night due to lobby smell. It was clean but smelled awful.

The staff was responsive and helped when my reservation needed extending. Angela was understanding and helpful. The location is convenient and quiet. Cleanliness needs attention: we found long, black hairs in several places. The pillows were not comfortable: lumpy and uncomfortable for us. Having some fruit available in the breakfast items would be appreciated.

Enjoyed the full breakfast. Staff at front desk very friendly and quick check in. The room amenities included microwave and fridge. Hot Tub and Pool area was very nice. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning room. The mid score was because carpets in room needed to be shampoo clean. Carpets dusty and musty smell. I shared with Front desk clerk and she reassured me that would be addressed. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation.

Overpriced for the noise factor--directly backing up to Hwy. 17, guests AND staff loudly talking too late and too early outside our room. If you can stand to keep the climate control & fan on all night, do it or bring your best earplugs. Room keywords didn't work 3 of 4 times. End of town so not much walking access and unsafe crossing Hwy. 17 on/off ramp. Next time, not this motel.

Terrible place; toilet in first room was broken, walls dirty, smelled bad. Difficulty with being given too many rooms that I did not request. Also the air conditioner was so smelly and dirty (filthy filters) that it made my husband quite sick. We left early due to poor ventilation and horrible smells. Both rooms were terrible in this regard. My son was also ill from the air in the rooms.
