Location was great as it was easy to get to and from Santa Cruz but feel like we had our own little beach vacation. The quiet street was a short walk to a great beach. We booked the Beachcrest Cottage at Twin Lakes for a weekend and it was awesome. Easy parking for two cars in the driveway made it convenient especially during peak beach season. We were less than a block from the beach as well. Everything in the house was well-appointed; it exceeded our expectations and was incredibly comfortable. The guestbook in the house should be updated to reflect the same information as the check-in app and you will need to bring your own beach supplies (like umbrellas and chairs). But these are minor compared to how awesome this place is. The front yard fire pit was a huge plus! What a wonderful place to stay and spend time with friends.
