Your cozy getaway awaits in Santa Barbara at this marvelous house. With 2 bedrooms, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, this superb property offers a soothing retreat for guests. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Our house is located few blocks from downtown and Santa Barbara Beach. We have put a lot of love in making this house available for you. Come and enjoy our house to experience the Santa Barbara lifestyle.
Small pets are welcome. Please, messaged us BEFORE booking, with information of your pet to verify approval.
Note: PETS are welcome WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, OUTSIDE OF ROOMS AND OFF FURNITURE. Only house broken pets may be considered. Please contact me BEFORE booking if you are planning to bring a pet.
This is NOT a party house, please treat house as your own and be respectful to our neighbors. If excess noise is made we may ask you to leave with no refund as noise should not travel more than 10 feet per city ordinance and common decency.
