I lived in SB many years ago and frequently return for the summer. The house is charming. Someone obviously did a renovation stripping it to the studs and replacing everything while maintaining its original charm. I am a gourmet cook and the kitchen served all my needs. The location could not be better, you are above the fog layer and a short walk to the SB Mission Rose Garden. This was my second summer rental from Vacation Rentals of SB and as last time they were able to address any issue I had in a professional and timely manner. We stayed there for a month and all of us want to go back next year. The house is gorgeous - the rooms are great and there are beautiful furnishings and really nice appliances. The master bedroom has a balcony with a great view which we enjoyed immensely. The terraces in the back are so fun - we loved dining outside under the lights and enjoying the outdoor fireplace.
