The room was in terrible disrepair, and the building was falling apart. It was clean, kind of.. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful.

The property is dated, but absolutely 5 stars for excellent customer service. We drove up to see the rocket launch. When I called at 10pm to see if someone would be at the front desk when we arrived at 1am, the lady on the phone was cheerful and assured us no problem. When we arrived there was a man at the desk. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with- giving us maps and guidance on where best to see the rocket take off from Vandenberg. He was awesome. The room was fine, no neighbors. Super convenient hotel location to getting around. Just a cool little Inn at an affordable price with people that are helpful and kind.

The continental breakfast was great mostly due to the lady who kept the area clean and well-stocked and had a very pleasant personality. She was the highlight of the stay!

Quiet and safe. Only problem was we couldn’t use our key card to enter from the stairwell on our floor. Didn’t bother to check the other floors except for the 1st floor.

It was really easy and convenient to book through the app. We took option of breakfast with stay and it was friendly service. I would recommend. Neat and clean rooms.

Comfortable stay.

It was an excellent value for money and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. All the amenities were available and in excellent working condition. The room was spotless and clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. I could hear some noise but not much; earplugs took care of it. The complimentary breakfast was good but the eggs were powdered which was a little disappointing. I would stay here again.

Clean hotel with good amenities and spacious rooms. Value for money and a good place to stay if you are planning to visit nearby towns (i.e., Solvang). One improvement would be in customer service to have the guests feel welcome.

The room was clean and the staff employees were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of dust on top of microwave and lampshades. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. There was a crack in the window frame and cold air seeped in at night. Good room for the rental rate!!

Dreadful service. When the front desk staff member finally appeared after 15 minutes of me waiting and ringing the call bell they were incredibly rude and admonished me for using their bell. No apology, but obviously sat somewhere where they could hear it. Haven't experienced such useless and unprofessional customer service in a long time. Cancelled and left, won't ever go back.

Slum Apartment Look
This place was dirty and people hanging out in halls and stairs like an apartment building. The one timei went tobthe desk no one was there. The breakfast attendant was watching meblike i was stealling foid and even asked me how nany people wear in my room. It was horrible and im sorrybi wasted my points on this room.
