Quiet and Calming Stay

Property is owner-owned and managed in a nice and quiet neighborhood in the Santa Barbara Hope Ranch Annex area. Owners are on property and communication, via the VRBO app and phone was excellent. The vibe is almost spa like, loved the decor. Great amenities: like soaps, shampoos, lotion etc. Healthy snacks and minibar provided for a fee. Free-standing AC unit in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living area, kept the property cool. We loved being able to access the Obern pedestrian/bike path around the corner which goes all the way to the ocean (9 miles roundtrip). Would stay here again. Pet fee super reasonable. Thanks Meghan and Justin.

Comfortably Chic In SB

Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer! I loved the mattress so much I have looked into buying one for my home. The living room was cute, quiet and cozy- a great place to unwind with a glass of wine and a good book. In the mornings, my husband and I enjoyed a dip in the hot tub while relaxing in BOHO's beautifully peaceful garden. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is looking for a gorgeously comfortable stay in Southern California. We will definitely book this again...and again. Thank you Meghan!!
