The rooms are outdated and very dirty. Stains on the bedsheet and what looks like blood splatter on the bathroom wall. The room smells like rotten eggs. I’d tell the front desk but they were so disinterested at checkin I don’t think they’d care or do anything. We are paying $350 to stay in a dumpy best western. This is price gouging.

Location was accessible and easy for my meetings nearby. There was no hot water for showers so was a bit disappointed in a cool to warm shower. I know there is construction going on so it might be part of it. Staff are great!

The best place to stay in Goleta without breaking the bank. And the free breakfast! It's a good decent breakfast that will feed a busy family. I've stayed at other Best Westerns and this location is the BEST breakfast. Also the location is walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants.. and two min drive to the freeway. Stay here. You won't regret it!

The place is average but location is ideal. My only complaint was housekeeping waking me up at 8:30 by knocking to see if room was occupied and there was a long hair on my clean hand towel. But, inexpensive and good location.

I caught a cold because the hot water temperature in the shower was abnormally low. The water pressure in the toilet was low and it took 5 minutes for the water to fill.

A bare-bones kind of room (the safe didn't work, the curtains didn't fully open, minimal decor) and not-very-good breakfast. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again.

The front desk personnel where very nice, they treated everyone as if they were family or new them for years. Breakfast was nice as well the kitchen staff worked very hard to make sure that the area stayed clean and helped anyone that requested assistance. Thank you Best Western!

Great family hotel
Family of 5 with 2 rooms (18+ teen in other room). Rooms are a bit narrow vs some hotels but enough space for everything. Breakfast was busy. Pool and spa were a hit with youngest. Beds were comfy with ample pillows and room was dark. Adults enjoyed the bar next door at Leta hotel - very nicely remodeled with fire pits and a nice pool. It's about a 10 minute drive to Santa Barbara/State Street from BW. Located in Goleta next to strip malls with lots of basic restaurant choices if you want to walk/not visit SB. We also went bowling at Bowlero just a couple of blocks away. Picked BW for free breakfast & family trip but might consider Leta next time depending on who's traveling.

The room is clean , the hall way is clean is ok but it’s kind of old. There is leaking on the hallway. Some time we hear the lumber sound which is kind of annoying Anyway, breakfast is the best and we recommend to stay

Staff was very friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. Having a hot breakfast is great. Gets crowded so come early. Our WiFi in the room did not work at all. Had to call some tech support line and they could not figure it out. Router was not accessible to them. Besides that, a very good two night stay.

Staff members were very courteous and pleasing. The room, bedding, and bathrooms were very clean. The hot breakfast was excellent. They had hot and cold filter water options in the gym and as a result I did not had to buy bottled water. I used to stay in big brand names before and this is the first time staying in an economical option. I am glad that that my choice worked well! Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit Santa Barbara/Goleta area.
