Had a lovely stay with my mom in February. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us get our bags up to the room. The room was clean and air conditioned and had a great big window with a beautiful mountain view. In the morning, the kitchen staff were extremely pleasant and made our breakfast to order. My only complaint was that the shower was set up a little awkwardly and had trouble draining properly, resulting in a puddle at our feet whilst we showered. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This is my new go to place to stay when I’m in the area. It feels like you have the property to yourself and the staff is amazing. The beds are comfortable, AC is great and room is comfortable. Great breakfast! I have no complaints and after so many bad local AirBnB experiences it’s refreshing to stay here.

It is a lovely property with the nicest staff. Our junior suite was perfect and overlooked the tiny, but cute pool. Front office staff and every else friendly, helpful and upbeat.

Terrible experience . Stayed here a few times before would not return. Check in was great. Go to the bar at 5pm for a drink after a long drive - bar closed until 6 pm . Ok no worries let me order something to eat - closed until 6 as well. Went out to eat instead. Bed was hard as a board. Pillows old. Dog barking in one of the rooms. Asked to move was told you are leaving in the morning anyway . That was not the point. Will not return and do not recommend.

We really appreciate receiving it to improve our service.Our estaurant and bar are currently open for dinner Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 pm and for breakfast time is 6:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m everyday.We gave you a upgrade to a Junior Suite at check in thinking that you would like it but we did not know that you prefer standard deluxe. That was our mistake, but It was with the intention of making you feel more comfortable.At dawn when you asked to move to another room, we show you the room available but you preferred to stay in same room.We are sorry for the inconveniences you had and our team did their best to serve you during your stay with us.We are using you feedback make our service better.Best,

Wonderful hotel. Beds were very comfortable, room was super clean, breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are very large and represented well in pictures. The only negative was our sink was clogged and therefore we could not brush teeth in room or wash hands. We called front desk our fist night to help us unclog it and they promised to come right away and never showed up. The next day we called again and they did fix it - but we were checking out an hour later. Other than sink issue- it was a wonderful stay. Pricing is a little high compared to other hotels in area but would for sure stay again.

A quiet, amazing and affordable property
This property is amazing. Great service, very quiet and clean. Facilities are modern. My wife had just had surgery and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodated some special requests. Breakfast was not a buffet, but quite tasty, nevertheless. A minor complaint: next time, put the towel bar somewhere besides in front of the sink. Without hesitation, though, we would stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Pura Vida!!!
My wife and I travelled to Costa Rica to celebrate both of our birthdays. We stumbled across Los Candiles just surfing the internet and reading reviews. It was absolutely the best experience at a hotel we’ve ever had!! Adrian and Celeste were so accommodating, helpful, and courteous. We were literally treated like family. When we revisit Costa Rica, we will definitely be staying there again. No doubt!!
