"Wir verbrachten fünf Tage in dieser geräumigen, modernen und sauberen Wohnung zwischen San Gimignano und Certaldo. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen neuen Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie angenehme und stabile Gartenmöbel. Der Swimmingpool sowie der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Da das ..."
"Loved staying inside the medieval town. The town itself was gorgeous and the apartment was very large, comfortable, and beautiful. Claudia was patient, very helpful and easy to work with. Great apartment conveniently located in picturesque old town
"We enjoyed this great and convenient apartment with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining area. The apartment looked nice and was conveniently located within the town of San Gimignano, which is a picturesque old town. Although we only spent one late afternoon and evening there after ..."

"The location was spectacular. The advertisement states "free parking" which is really far away, and completely full. We had to park a bit away and pay, and to get that spot required parking illegally at the hotel and then moving it later after dinner to P3. For an ancient town, the accommodations ..."
"Lovely to stay in such a historic hotel! The owners were very nice and helpful. We were able to supply our own breakfast and eat it in their pretty courtyard. Bedroom wasn’t en-suite but it was just for our family and was down the short corridor. Convenient location and right in the old town. Parked ..."
"Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia in questo agriturismo poco distante da San Gimignano. L alloggio dove abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti è in ottime condizioni, ben tenuto, pulito e ben riscaldato. Alla cucina non manca veramente nulla di quello che può servire. Utile anche lo spazio esterno con tavolino ..."

"Camere nuovissime e incantevolmente arredate, in una tranquilla via di un palazzo del pienissimo centro di San Gimignano. Parcheggi comunali a 5min a piedi dalle camere. Gentilezza e comodità dei letti. Consigliatissimo!!"
"Hospitality is the key with this property: We walked down the hillside from San Gimignano to check in at the B&B's farmhouse, a 15-minute walk down a lovely country road, providing the most amazing views of San Gimignano from outside the walls. There, we arrived just as the proprietors were bottling ..."
"The best part of this B&B was its location right in the center of the main square in this charming Tuscan medieval village. That is where the positive review ends. Firstly, there is no air conditioning so be forewarned. If booking in summer, don’t do it!! There IS an AC unit in the apartment, it ..."

"We love Tuscany but of the 5 places we stayed this was definitely the worst and the room was just OK - The arrival procedure was bizarre ( go to tobacco shop for a key) and the lady who checked us in seemed annoyed rather than welcoming!! However ‘location, location ‘ means people will always be willing ..."

"Great hotel, quant room. Was weird we couldn’t order breakfast on the day of but had to order the day before but we never were asked for a breakfast order at checkin. "
"We used to stay in this property before , and the reason to rebooking was because we had before a complete experience
This time we didn’t have a good experience at all; we requested two room with panoramic views , and we had a parking view (room 136) , horrible view ; cars parking instead of Tuscany landscaping…. We didn’t have our room cleaned properly the next day- didn’t give us new towels or remplace more shampoo etx … they left our dirty tray of dishes form dinner there etx … walls dirty , the property looks very old now , it’s not fresh as before …
We complain about the bad service of our room and for the parking view and they basically didn’t do anything to compensate or to offer another room with view (we requested by written and they answers us confirming it …)"

For an ancient town, the accommodations were great, with two bedrooms and two baths, plus a small kitchen. We could have stayed there a month! San Gimignano is our favorite town, so we would love to come back. "
"Absolutely wonderful. The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is great, and there is a nice quick country road that will take you to San Gamignano. "
