It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay. ## Property amenities ### Beach - The distance to travel from the apartment we stayed to to a grassy area for our dog was too great. The kitchen is poorly designed with drawers or cabinet doors not quite opening due to the fit against appliances.
