This is a cosy 2-bedroom holiday home in Bon Relax. It features a beautiful swimming pool and is just 1 km from the lovely sandy beach of Sant Pere Pescador. It is ideal for a family.

The home is in the Emporda region, one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Mediterranean. Visit the Aiguamolls Emporda natural park (4 km), the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries (5 km), the Dali museum in Figueres (17 km) and the Cap de Creus natural park (30 km) for a wholesome vacation. You'll find a restaurant and supermarket within 2 km.

The private garden has a terrace where you can relax and have a barbecue meal. Take dip in the pool or sunbathe on the poolside. The living room has a cosy sitting nook and satellite TV. You can get a cot and high chair for a fee. You're allowed to bring 2 pets for €3/pet/night.

Public transport is 20 km away and Girona airport is 45 km away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus war sauber, einfach und funktionell und der Garten war fast vollständig ...

Das Haus war sauber, einfach und funktionell und der Garten war fast vollständig umzäunt (für Hunde), es gab nur eine niedrige Mauer in der Nähe des Tors (ca. 50 cm hoch), über die unser Hund leicht springen konnte, aber wir haben das behoben, indem wir eine faltbare Wand aufgestellt haben Stuhl in der Öffnung. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und es ist eine Wärmepumpe installiert, aber diese funktionierte nicht und das Wasser war (zumindest für uns) zu kalt, um darin zu schwimmen. Wir haben uns nicht die Mühe gemacht, das örtliche Lyme-Team zu kontaktieren ( Wer war übrigens sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, um es in Gang zu bringen, also ist das keine Beschwerde.

Un peu déçu des équipements

Les équipements extérieur sont un peu vétustes (chaises longues, barbecue, percola a l'arrière cassée...pas de parasol...) l'annonce devrait être plus précise il n'y a pas d'accès direct sur la piscine donc on ne peut pas surveiller les enfants, le lave vaisselle est dans le garage et pas d'accès direct. Lit petit et pas confortable pour 2 adultes. La maison est bien situé et au calme. C'est vraiment dommage avec un équipement un peu mieux ça serait vraiment mieux .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr netter Empfang und super sauber. Zum Strand sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. knappe 2 Kilometer mit dem Auto.

Urlaub wie im Eigenheim

Das kleine, sehr saubere Ferienhaus ist sehr nett und zweckmässig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Für kalte Tage hat es sogar eine Heizung. Es liegt am Ende einer Strasse und hat nur einen angrenzenden Nachbar. Im Pool lässt es sich gut schwimmen, sofern die Temperaturen dies zulassen. Leider hat es in unseren 2 Urlaubswochen oft sehr stark gestürmt. Da hätten wir uns ein windgeschützes Plätzchen am Haus gewünscht. Egal wo man gesessen hat, war es zugig. Aber es gibt bestimmt auch andere Monate, wo man sich den Wind zur Abkühlung wünscht. Fazit es hat alles gepasst. Auch die Agentur vor hat bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aankomst, super geregeld. Je wordt ontvangen in het Nederlands. Na gegevens en nuttige info te hebben ontvangen van de omgeving worden we door 2 medewerkers begeleid naar de woning waar we een rondleiding krijgen. De omgeving is super. De woning ligt in een erg rustige wijk, maar vandaaruit zijn er diverse uitstapjes te maken op korte afstand. De accommodatie is geweldig. Van alle gemakken voorzien, wij hebben er niets gemist. Keuken is meer dan compleet. Enigste rare is dat de vaatwasser in de garage bevindt die je alleen buitenom kan benaderen. Maar dat is dan ook het enige wat wij kunnen bedenken wat een min item is voor deze woning.

Het is een leuk vakantiehuisje, dicht bij zee en strand. Het zwembad is echt een pluspunt voor de nodige verkoeling. Onze kinderen (en wij ook) hebben er vele uren in besteedt. Het huisje zelf is basic, maar compleet. Je leeft daar in de zomer toch vooral buiten.

rustige omgeving , prachtig huis met veel voorzieningen en mooi zwembad, enkel de garage is geen garage maar berghok met fietsen en bbq en tuinmeubelen, en de vaatwasmachine staat er ook waardoor je met alle spullen moet rond lopen, wij hebben het niet gebruikt. Maar zeker een aanrader als je van een rustige vakantie houd.
