"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. "

"I had a great stay at Bimbolla Apartments. Angela G made the stay excellent by checking me in late in the evening and also booking my trip to the South Coast. Angela also made timely reservations for my taxi back to airport. Apartments are clean, safe, and has a restaurant, AC, large size, two balconies, kitchen, working fridge, TV. Two pools, beautiful surroundings! Location is close to a beach, bus stop. 🙏 Thank you! "

"Great location, very well looked after resort and a good selection at the buffet which kept everyone happy for our 10 days there. Would definitely recommend. Only down side was the themed restaurants where service was slow and food wasn’t great. Stick to the main buffet!"

"It was a pleasant enough experience but learning on arrival one had to pay for loungers by the pool or be crammed into the adults only section was sad. It felt like a meat market of loungers lined up or €10 or more for a sunlounger by the pool. This should chage. The coffee at breakfast was just a long sweaty queue. Unpleasant. It would be easier to make a pot per table I’m sure. The staff were wonderful. But all in all quite basic across the board. A nice pleasant stay But there are definite some things that need work. "
