At the same time, it is only 1 km to the charming village of Son Carrió, where small restaurants, a bakery, a café and a supermarket are about ten minutes' walk away. Several of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Bona, are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Golfers will find several renowned courses in the area. Right outside the door, the Via Verde also starts, a car-free cycle and hiking path that winds about 30 km through Mallorcan nature to Artà – ideal for active holiday days. House & Equipment: The finca offers around 290 m² of living space, complemented by 70 m² of covered terraces and a small roof terrace with a magnificent view. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it provides space for up to ten people and is thus ideal for families, friendly couples, or small groups. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner, large dining table and direct access to the terrace.
