Great property. Only thing I would have changed was my dates in Ibiza as the weather was cooler and many things were shutting down for the season. Otherwise I would definitely return to the property all the amenities you can ask for.

The hotel was quite nice as you expect the Hard Rock hotel should be. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations for activities to do. The only disappointment was the room. It was quite out-dated, there was lots of hair in the bed, in the towels and on the floor. Especially for the price we paid, we expected the room to be a lot cleaner. Other than that, we had a good experience.

This was our second time at Hard Rock Ibiza. Highly recommend. Great staff and team members. Fantastic DJs at the pool and rooftop. Food is of really good quality. Location is right next to "Ushuaia" and "Hi Ibiza".

The room are good with space but not very clean. Must call everyday to have coffee and tea in the room. To have a seat at the bar pool you must rent a bed for 350€/day. If you room is in a low floor 1-10, you are not able to sleep due to the high music of the tateel restaurant which styes till 4:00 in the morning

Charged two months after my stay
This is a nice hotel - modern, clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. I actually had an amazing time during my stay. My negative review, however, is due to the hotel charging my credit card two months after my stay. I booked a two-night stay through Hotels.com for the price of EUR 626.40. Upon check in, I was told that the room that I booked (Deluxe Double, Sea View) was not available. I was offered the Studio Suit Swim Up and was told that I would actually pay less. At the day of check-out, I asked whether the EUR 448.80 they were charging me was for the cost of the rooms and they confirmed. Fast forward to two months, I got a notification from my credit card of a EUR 674.74 charge from the hotel. I contacted the hotel which is actually very responsive (sincere thanks to Ms Janine Prantner of their Back Office). They explained that this charge is for my original reservation and the EUR 448.80 they charged me back when I checked-out was only for the cost of the room upgrade. This is clearly not how it was communicated to me during check in as my understanding was I was actually downgraded because room unavailability. I also do not remember seeing the EUR 674.74 in my invoice when I checked out. And of course, I find it strange that I am only getting charged two months after my stay. Why not when I checked out?

Dissapointing
Unfortunately this is the worst review I give to a hotel. Considering the price you pay definitely you expect more . Is not bad but is avarage . Maybe it worth half of the price. We had 2 incidents , with 2 lady employees that left us a sour memory. One was at the restaurant on the beach (where she didn’t know we understand spanish ) and one at check out where we were forced to stay 15-20 min , in the condition , it was noone else in front of us. Because the Receptioner didn’t know how to give the deposit back. Room was Ok but it was noisy from the ac machines i think.Dissapointing!

Had to call 7 times to get air conditioner fixed and they came and sprayed with wd40 and it smelled and still wasnt cold. For the price of hotel per night wasnt what i expected. Rooms are very small and there beds are 2 twins beds put together to make a big bed. Hotel is close the all entertainment but thats all it good for

Everything was perfect! You get a wrist band to open the door, order food, drinks, etc. Great pools (quiet or with music), beach lounges and umbrellas and rooftop bar! Employees with great attitudes! Easy access to cheap bus system to go into town and plenty of taxis. You are in the airport flight pattern so you do have planes flying by but really no issue in the room or at night. They seem very close when you are on the rooftop bar!

Great pool, small rooms
Everyone is super nice, location is great with plenty of taxis at the main entrance. Rooms are modern but VERY small. Ibiza is completely overpriced in general, this is no exception. We enjoyed the pool area with DJ starting at noon. Walking distance to Ushuaia and Hï. We tried Tatel: fast service and yummy food. Breakfast next to reception was good!

Great hotel with friendly feel and great theme. Good balance of entertainment and facilities with easy access to beach.

Third time i stayed here I was very disappointed this time. Poor service. When you charge so much per Day I stay at your hotel . Service must be impeccable. Long waits in restaurants n bars. Poor service at pool. Also staff kept open room door without knocking

Great time at the hard rock Ibiza!
Came from New York and stayed here for six days with my friends. Beautiful resort, amazing pool, good cocktails and food. We had the room with our own swim up pool. Surrounded by good looking guests and employees. I would say it’s more of a party hotel but there were some kids. It is a bit pricer sure but worth it. There is a live DJ with good house music at the pool everyday. All the staff was very accomadating. Shout out to Alex the main bartender at the swim up bar. We really enjoyed talking with him everyday. He really made our experience enjoyable. I would return here again. Good walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and night clubs.
