I small wall unit air conditioner that worked periodically. Was hot as hell, couldn’t fall asleep. The unit wasn’t very clean as well. Will not be back.

The place is overpriced, the only good thing about it was the location, everything else you can find in a two stars hotel. The room was overused, I even found termites in the bathroom

It is definitely a one star hotel so be prepared for that, but it was better than I thought it was going to be. You get what you pay for which is a one star hotel, but the receptionists are nice and the rooms are old but big! The biggest con is that the air condition only stays on for 3 hours & then you have to push a button.

Great location
Great location, modern and spacious. Friendly staff. The only disappointment is that they don’t clean the room at all during your stay, they just change your towels and empty the bin. Would be nice to change the sheets and vacuum the flat as well. Other than that we were very comfortable

Everything was great, with the exception of the cleanliness of the room. Noticed a trail of ants, leading to a sandwich, located behind the curtains. They need to be a little more thorough with cleaning

Great place to stay at if you want to party your brains out! The hotel staff was helpful and respectful but very straight forward, which is appreciated by some but high maintainance people might want more pampering. The hotel is only about a block from the biggest party locations like HI and Ushuaia. The hotel also has pool parties of their own that last till morning hours. There is blasting music all around this area so if that’s not what you are looking for then consider Dalt Vila area. Hotel had a restaurant on site and is right on the beach with food and liquor service.

Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!
I'll start with the good! Location was perfect.. right next to the beach all the clubs are nearby (5 min walk at most)! The apartment had all amenities as expected and was quite large. Biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning.. the AC was set to not get colder than 25 and stopped working the second you opened a window to try to get some airflow. the air quality was so bad that it was extremely difficult to get any sleep and I left with a bad chest infection after 3 days!! Cleanliness was just OK, as expected for the low price/ good location.

I stayed in room 532 on 17th-19th August and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming member of staff at around 1am. I received an efficient check-in service at that time. He also showed me the place to catch a taxi to the airport at 7 in the morning. A great location approximately 1 minute from the beach. An excellent pool party on the Saturday at the hotel with experienced DJs. Bora Bora was a quick walk around the corner. A bonus for dance music lovers. If you like your music, then you will be spoilt with this location. If not, noise levels are still tolerable within the hotel. A friendly and lively area!

Perfect location, no problems would stay again!
The room with a balcony over looking the pool was perfect. Great size for two people, very clean and a modern feel. El patio is pumping. Nice to be able to chill out in the day by the pool or if you want music go to the beach and the Bora Bora bit with the Dj. Bathroom could of been a bit nicer and the beds could be a bit softer, but overall we loved it.

Felt unsafe and room had a disgusting smell.
Balcony didn’t lock and our room was at street level. Felt extremely unsafe. The room had a very strong unpleasant odour and felt dirty. Not cleaned well. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Nice hotel close to beach and shops
It was a nice hotel. Close airport and Ibiza town. Booked it primarily since it was an adults only hotel as I fancied a skinny dip in the pool. However I was told not to be in the nude in the pool. However Es Cavallet beach was a short taxi journey. Very nice apartments, good for couples and singles. Friendly staff and nice pool. Since it’s adults only I think you should encourage clothing optional for the pool as it’s all mature people at the end of the day in the hotel.

We came a week before high season, so there was a lot of construction in the pool/patio area. Bring earplugs! The beds were really stiff and I woke up groggy and sore everyday. It seems like the beds brings pressure to your head. It was not comfortable. The apartments were nice and clean. The location was also good. It’s right next to a taxi stand and walking distance to many bars and clubs. If it was high season, it would be a prime spot to be next to all the nightlife, but again, the beds were very stiff.

Good hotel at a nice location close to the beach
Had a good stay at Apartmentos Bora Bora. It is basically a party hotel, esp. at weekends & hence more suitable for the younger crowd. We did not know this when we booked it but the wonderful & helpful girl at the reception, Piedad, arranged a nice apartment for us at the ground floor in a relatively quiet area of the hotel. The hotel is right next to the lovely Playa d'en Bossa beach. This was was a blessing for we could enjoy early morning & late evening walks & relaxation on the beach. It is also located in a lively market area for daily conveniences. All in all a good hotel to stay in Ibiza.
