The property consists of: \- Living room / dining room \- Bedroom (2 x single bed) \- Kitchen \- Bathroom with a large walk-in shower \- Large sun terrace \- Use of the communal garden \- Parking space for 1 car on the property \- Private swimming pool 13 x 4 m, \- on the beach, Apartment 3: A spacious living room directly on your own terrace. You step straight through the sliding doors onto the sun terrace, equipped with teak patio furniture with soft cushions. There is a nice couch in the living room. Which can also be used as a sofa bed. The large color television with Canal Digital decoder offers you in addition to the Spanish channels, also most Dutch television and radio channels. There is wifi everywhere in the apartment. Everything can be closed with shutters. There is a sunshade at the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a complete inventory for a comfortable stay. There are 2 single beds in the double bedroom. In the winter with nice duvets, in the summer with cool fresh sheets. Reading light and socket directly at the bedside tables for your mobile devices. A spacious wardrobe. Sufficient towels are also provided. (No beach sheets). The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and has a nice walk-in shower, 1 washbasin with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet.
